Bad News and Good News. The bad news is that US postage rates are going up on June 30th. The good news is that on July 3 you can buy an Irving Berlin stamp for the new 1st class rate which says "God Bless America" at the top and features a picture of Berlin superimposed on his hand written score for the song.
