In Birmingham, PA the local atheist brigade have gotten a judgement that the Ten Commandments plaque should be removed from the County Courthouse where it has been since 1920. Now the local citizens are putting Ten Commandments signs in their front yards and the "free thinkers" have their knickers in a twist (natch). They have filed a lawsuit because "the signs are a deliberate agitation by residents who put up the signs on their own property."

Hint to the free thinkers: "deliberate agitation" is when you see them cleaning the family 12 gauge on the front porch and sighting in on your picture window.
