Look what's floating on top the pond
In Bill O'Reilly's column of yesterday he quotes an email from a colonel in the 3rd Infantry division:
Bottom line, they shoot - they die. Every American soldier (here) is getting a chance to engage and kill the enemy.

Iraq has these maniacs, death squad guys called Saddam Feddyen, DGS forces, IIS, and Ba'ath party forces that we spend most of our day killing.

They continuously make suicidal charges at our tanks, brads (fighting vehicles), and checkpoints. We are happy to send them to hell. You would not believe the carnage.
And Bob Arnot (embedded with the Marines and doing one Hell of a job) reported on broadcast MSNBC this morning that most of the Fedayeen they are encountering are Palestinian, Jordanian, and Syrian and that they were up to their usual tricks.

Which brings us to today's Car Explodes in Iraq, Killing Three Coalition Soldiers, Pregnant Woman:
A car exploded near a coalition checkpoint in western Iraq, killing three coalition soldiers, a pregnant woman and the car's driver, U.S. Central Command said Friday.

The apparent homicide attack occurred Thursday evening about 11 miles southwest of the Haditha Dam, Central Command said in a written statement. The site is northwest of Baghdad and about 80 miles east of the Syrian border, a spokesman said.

"A pregnant female stepped out of the vehicle and began screaming in fear," the statement said. "At this point the civilian vehicle exploded, killing three coalition force members who were approaching the vehicle and wounding two others."

It said the woman and the driver also were killed.
Sounds familiar doesn't it?
