On this Fourth of July as our nation is imperiled by the narcissistic buffoon and would-be dictator, Barack Obama,
I am reminded of the words of Benjamin Franklin at the close of the Constitutional Convention: “A lady asked Dr. Franklin, Well Doctor what have we got a republic or a monarchy? A republic replied the Doctor if you can keep it.”
