Clinton urges aid, cooperation to ease globalization ills

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Former President Bill Clinton on Friday urged the United States to offer aid and cooperation to other nations to ease terrorism and other ills that globalization can bring.

"We are drastically underfunding building a world with more partners and fewer terrorists," Clinton said to applause before a crowd of more than 2,000 at Yale University.
