North Korea test-launched a Taepodong-2 missile early Wednesday along with several short-range rockets, but the long-range missile apparently failed, U.S. officials said.They'll get it right eventually, though, so I guess the thanks should really go to Jimmy Carter who never met a dictator he didn't like. Even short, squirrely ones.
