I have a clever four step plan!- You come up with a Medicare reform bill that's frankly crap, but will pass in the House and Senate by a small majority with some arm twisting.
- The fact that the bill doesn't actually lift the taxpayers' wallets and remove the cash and credit cards will enrage the usual Donk suspects who will start a filibuster which will effectively kill the bill.
- As a result, you don't get the bill you don't want plus you do get lots of good advertising:
- You enjoy an evil laugh at the Donks' expense!
